I tried looking from this end however the modem appears offline. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that helps?

No. there are no cable spitters. i have conduct speed test
Ping 10ms
download 5.88 mbps
upload 6.42 mbps
seems no good to me. it's extremely slow for donwload speed if we use WIFI

I'm still getting nothing back from the modem when I try to look. Are there any other cable outlets you can try connecting it to and see if it works better?
