secure online backup

I am trying to delete some files from my online backup because I have gone over my storage space. When I go into file manager and click on "online files" it comes up with "none found".  Why can't i access my files?

Are you uploading the files through the Online backup site normally or using the drag and drop download to backup the files? Also do you see any folders list on the site or restore points showing on the backup page?

normally, not drag and drop. no folder list
