SEC network - Guide issue
I'm able to receive the new SEC Network, but get no program info on the channel guide.
Guide shows "SIGN OFF" for all time slots.
Please advise...

Give it a few more days. It takes a little time for new channels to get their listings to the major distributors (Tribune, Rovi, etc.), and then for those distributors to get it to the various guides for inclusion in EPGs. My Cox guide just got the SEC main channel populated this evening, but the secondary SD channel still says "SIGN OFF."

If you have no already, I would recommend resetting your box (unplug from power for 1 minute then plug back in). If that does not help, we can send a signal hit - that is actually something you can do by calling our automated help line. Let us know if you still needed assistance.

As an FYI, there are two SEC network stations. Station 1 should have programming showing up. For me, it was all there by Saturday morning. Station 2 says "SIGN OFF" and there is not any programming on there. I imagine the only time it will have anything is if there are two games on the SEC Network at the same time.
See below for a screenshot ... SECHD has the names of shows, but SEC2HD just says "SIGN OFF" and will say "SIGN OFF" until there is a game to air on there.

Thanks for posting a great screenshot! The 2nd SEC channel is slated for SEC overflow programming, so the Guide may often display "sign off" or "off air." There's just too much SEC action to be contained on only one channel!
