Screen goes Black
The other day we were watching Hop and suddenly the screen went completely black. Other channels were fine, but this one was gone. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems to happen often usually in the evening and only with channels above 200. Why? What causes this? It is really frustrating when you are watching a movie and then nothing and you have to find something else to watch. I don't like this at all. Help!

When I look from this end I'm not able to communicate with the box which suggests there may be a signal issue that needs to be addressed. I would chech the cables lines for any damage/loose fittings and if you have any extra splitters you can remove to try that as well. If none of that helps a service call may be needed to troubleshoot further.
