What service/tier do you have? Its compatible with Cox service in general, but is on the older/cheaper side so might not be able to handle the throughput of Premier and above.
I would be looking at a 300N if you have premier or higher. There are some good ones out there, prices can vary greatly. I have had a great experience with the TP-Link Here. And I don't feel like I'm getting robbed by an overpriced name-brand. It's working great for going on 3 years now, I have the Ultimate package.
