Retrieving a double-deleted email

Within the last 2 hours, I deleted an email, then deleted it from the trash. I want to get it back to save it.

I don't think you can. But do you mean with webmail, or a client like Outlook?

Unfortunately individual email items are not backed up on our end.  You may try looking on different PC's or devices you may have access your email from using POP3 protocol, there's a chance in that situation one of them might have a copy of the message.
