Recording selections for the guide and scheduled recordings do not match.

Until recently, the set-ups for my recordings matched from the on-line guide to the scheduled recordings list. I have found that if I have shows set to record on my guide that the selections are not marked that way on the scheduled to record shows list. Last night I had Dancing With The Stars set to record and not House.  This morning, House recorded and not Dancing....For Sunday night I have Army Wives set to record at 9 pm because it is not listed for 1 am on Mon. and I have always had that set to record at 1 am and Client List at 2 am.Last week I was able to record both programs at 1 and 2 am respectfully. The on-line guide and future scheduled recordings were always the same.  I even have set these shows to not erase until manually  done and they still do not show up that way when they record.  It would be all well and good for me to get another box except that I will loose everything recorded.  I do not know if the DVR will record from the instructions on the guide or from future scheduled shows.
