Is it me or does this new Record 6 box only show the time and not the channels? I was told that we had to go to the upper channels, 1000 and above to get to the HDTV with this new box. We get the "big" screen on our big tv but not the smaller tv's. The print that gives ( very limited) information is so tiny I have to get right up to it to see it even on the upper channels. And the stupid box only shows the time? Whats up with that? I"m about ready to give it back

This can be changed in "SETTINGS".
SETTINGS->RECEIVERS->FRONT PANEL DISPLAY OPTIONS
Choose "TIME ALWAYS" or CHANNEL ALWAYS or CHANNEL WHEN TUNING.

You can change the size of the Interactive Program Guide text by pressing the white Settings button located at the top left of your black URC-8820 remote and navigating to Guide Options/Other Settings/Text Size.
