Program not found in guide

I'm new to Contour.  For the most part, things are working.  However, one of my wife's shows will not record.  We keep finding it in the Missed Recordings folder with an error that the program was not found in the guide.  The guide shows upcoming episodes that have the red check mark, but when they pass, we just get the same message.

Any help would be appreciated.
