Problems with TNT

So far for the past week or so, TNT HD (channel 1027) has gotten 'scrambled' and gone effectively off-air at about 3:52 pm EST (within a minute more or less) every day. It happened again today. We changed channels, waited about 5 minutes before checking, and TNT was back. Just seems odd that it happens the same time each day.  

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or is it just us?
