problem with e-mail
I download The free windows 10 off the internet. Since then, when I go to my home page--which is the cox e-mail sign in AFTER you have filled in the blanks and click my mouse, it goes briefly to the inbox, as it should, but that screen is only up a very few seconds then up pops a screen that says COX please stand by then it stays there, period! What do I do? I have noticed gthat the place Cox, is trying to copnnect me to is a new location--and it just isn't working! Please help me.

Are you using Internet Explorer for your web browser? Have you cleared the cache (temporary internet files, history, cookies) for Internet Explorer. I would like you to also test a different browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) to see if you experience the same problems.
