Is my bill going down any time soon or is it keep going up? I haven't change anything at all, and keep losing channels also. Is cox going to add back in the channels they have taking out what I'm paying for?

You need to OPT OUT of the Cox "mandatory" arbitration instead of just complaining. You have 30 days from your bill[details on last page-3rd paragraph] explaining how--but simple --go to ArbitrationOptOut@cox.com---follow directions. may not do good right NOW but maybe later. Gives YOU, the cust. the right to either arb or elsewhere, but at least Cox does not TELL you where to go for a dispute. Also complain to BBB and local city info guy where you live.

Many cusotmers sign up under a promotional discount rate for a set term and then forget about this when the term expires. I recommend speaking with your local billing support representatives to see if this has happened and if so determine if you qualify for any currently available campaigns or discounts.

I have been with cox for years so I am not on a promotional rate nor have ever. Bill just goes up and up and up for no reason, and at the same time the quality seems to be getting worse. The sound is in and out, and shows will randomly freeze up for no reason. Very annoying! I get mail from Dish all the time and I am seriously considering switching over to them.
