Premier download capped at 30mbps 24/7

Ever since I moved a few months ago my download speeds have been stuck at 30mbps whether I'm plugged directly into my modem or using my wireless router. I was paying for 50 and now it's supposed to go up to 100 so I'd like to get rid of the bottleneck. The same hardware setup used to get 50 at my old place.

What can I do?

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, both my desktop and laptop report the same speeds.

Thanks Tiffany.  Can you pleas make sure my account is coded for DOCSIS 3.0 before I schedule a tech?  I see some other threads that suggest that may be a problem.

Pebolv, the modem's firmware and service codes are showing correctly for the Docsis 3 information. The modem's logs do show some of the downstream channels not bonding which would be a signal related problem a technician would need to look into.
