What do you mean by "...take it back" ?? If you mean that you want to CANCEL a PPV purchase, cancelling it depends on how you ordered it. If you ordered via the Trio (Contour) guide, you can cancel it through the guide. Read Page 123 of the manual.

If you ordered over the phone, you must cancel over the phone as well.
