Pop Up Surveys
A couple of times I have received a survey that states it is from Cox. Is there a way to know if something is a valid request by Cox or is this a scam.
I have a screen shot of the survey which identifies by IP address which concerns me. I tried to post the screen shot but couldn't get it into this message.

Yes it's a scam and not affiliated with Cox. There are online tools readily available which can see your IP, and therefore determine who your ISP is, it's not a huge deal.
