ping is zero

The modem there is showing fine on the signal and those speed test results do not show any issue either. What pages are you having issues loading? Assuming the speed test ran it would have loaded that website.

The Zero ping is probably something (Antivirus, browser ad-on, firewall, etc) blocking the Java client that sends the pings to do the test. If no pings are sent, their latency is 0. 

What kind of problems are you having loading the page? Is there a long wait and then the entire page? Or does it slowly load? Not load at all? Error message?
