I have two phone lines and both have the same issues: Modem looks to be working just fine, all lights on front light up as expected, when I use either phone, the lights on the front of the modem blink as if the phones are in use, and they are in use; BUT I can't hear the other person and they CAN'T hear me. I can dial out from either line, but CAN'T hear the calls being placed, the line is completely silent. Also, the lines CAN be called in to; but again, can't hear anything, even though the calls are being placed.
I believe all troubleshooting has been exhausted. I have even called tech support to no avail.
Any other advice, tips, tricks would greatly be appreciated!!
Thanks,
Mick
*Modem: DPQ3212 is being used.

First, when you say you have "two phone lines" do you mean two jacks? Two phone numbers?
Second, I would check are the phones themselves. You said you had two, but are they tied to the same base?
Next, try connecting a phone direct into the back of the phone modem and see if that work
Im thinking its signal loss in the internal phone wiring. Too much loss for the standard tone to get through.
