phone modem not working after I unplugged it, reset it and plugged it back in
My Cox mode, Arris TM602G/115, provides internet but not phone service after I unplugged it (from the power source) and then plugged it back in. After I plugged it back in, I reset it. The phone does not have a dial tone. The computer connects to the internet using the same modem. Thank you
