Phone is not allowing me to call a different area code
When I try to call my daughter it rings once then goes to a fast busy signal. At first I thought she was on the phone, but I called her on my cell and she said she wasnt. Perhaps I have pushed a button that has made my phone do this?

The first thing that comes to mind is that you may not have a long distance carrier setup on your account. We may need to take a look at your account and see just how you're setup.

Sounds like she has her line forwarded to a number that isn't working. Maybe have her try dialing *73 on her phone.

Not being able to call out,
Are you still having an issue calling your daughter? If so, do you have this problem calling any other number? Is you daughter having issues with anyone else calling her? I want to make sure your service is working.
