Phoenix email problems?
I noticed this morning that my phone was telling me that my Cox email password had been changed and I needed to reenter. I logged onto my Cox account with my home computer (pswd had not changed), but I can't access Webmail.
Is there an issue with the service? Thanks.

I live in Phoenix too and I have the same issue from my phone, computer and their webmail, so I would say they have an outage.

We've just identified there is currently an issue with webmail in your area. We are investigating this and hope to have everything restored as soon as possible.

I have the same problem. No email since 7:00am. No webmail either.

I have 53 emails that i can not read, what is going on, i was told in a live support chat that cox is having a problem with the web site?! I have several jobs i need to hear from, this is not a good time for a problem!!

I click on icon that now says 88 emails and it does nothing will not open them!

Copy and paste the following link and try logging into your email - http://webmail.cox.net. Are you able to see the new messages in your Inbox and they just do not open? Have you tried different web browsers?
