Phoenix Channel Line-Up Mistakes

FYI,

The Phoenix Channel Line-ups have several mistakes, I have noted a few I encountered there may be more.

The HTML page has channels with a notation of a + (plus sign) that are not actually Contour HD channels.
1212 HBO Latino HD*+ and 1295 EPIX HD*+ are two examples
There are a few missing channels, 1385 Encore Suspense HD and 1386 Encore Classic HD are two and are both Contour HD channels.

The PDF channel Line-up is missing the ◊ (diamond) notation for all the Contour HD channels.
ENCORE Suspense HD has the wrong channel number, ENCORE Classic HD is missing completely
