Pending Order Status

2 days ago I purchased the Premier internet package online to upgrade from Preferred. Under order statuses it says it is still pending. Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks.

Your going to have to contact Cox directly for that kind of info. This is mostly a user/customer forum with moderators not being able to post account info. Try calling Cox and talking with their Sales Support team, since they do web orders. Or you can email the moderators at cox.help@cox.com.
