Packet loss in the on the first hop

I am having some issues with packetloss on the first hop. The packet loss is random and sometimes is fine for a minute and then losing internet the next. 

I'm directly connected to the internet with a CAT6 cord

I do not use any splitters *i'm directly connected with the power line*

This only started happening a week ago.
