I've been using Cox HSI for a few weeks now and I've been very pleased up until a day ago. While playing an online game, I started receiving constant packet loss which ultimately ended up in my disconnection from the server. It is still continuing today and I'm trying to figure out what I can do to resolve this issue. The packet loss is outbound and is anywhere from 0.01% to 40%. Please let me know what information I need to provide. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear you've started having trouble let's see what we can do to fix it! Do you know the game server IP address? Have you run any ping tests or trace routes to that IP address? That would help us determine where the issue is with the connection.

I don't know the IP address as the game put me in a random lobby, but I'm noticing this same packet loss on every Teamspeak 3 server I join. When the ping spikes, webpages take much more time to load. I have not run any ping tests or trace routes as of yet.

It affects all internet connectivity. Even now, trying to reply to your message, it's takes a substantial amount of time to load.
