P2p gaming COD
I'm having issues with connection speed and hav since the xbox1 came out. My connection to Xbox live averages 170 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up ping times around 50ms and no packet loss. But my connection to Activision averages 4100 Kbps why is the such a discrepancy. Both Xbox and Activision have passed the buck to cox after some trouble shooting. Any answers?

First I need a lot more information. Can you explain how you got your data? Is the 170Mbps from a speed test website on a PC? On the Xbox? XBL Test? Where are you getting the 4100Kbps? Off the top of my head, sounds like congestion or lack of bandwidth by Activision.

The Activision speed can be obtained in game (start menu) under console info. The xboxlive is a detailed speed test in settings>network. Speed tests on PC range from 170-200 down And 20-30 up speedtest.net trouble shooting was first line of defense operated checking port forwarding. That's about it.

Troubleshooting with who? From looking around, looks like the cap set by Activision is 7Mbps, so your not going to get faster then that. Did you used to get faster? Are your friends? You may want to try the Activision forums, because it sounds like the issue is on their end.
