Outlook Calendar invites sent to Cox email

Every time someone sends a calendar invite via their Outlook software to my Cox.net email account, I can see absolutely NO information. (I can see information with Google Calendar). This is very problematic, as I do a lot of volunteer leadership for non-profit Boards, as well as independent consulting. Can anyone tell me why none of the information comes through? (I can sometimes go into the code and locate the core date / time / location, but this does not always work.)
