OSX Backup Software for 10.9 - When will the software be updated?

So I want to start using the cloud for my backup, but it appears the backup software still doesn't support OSX 10.9. Is there any update on when the software will be updated?

But there is an option to download backup Software - but it doesn't work with OSX 10.9. I have the top tier... using the web interface is not the same.

Cox should be staying up to date with software development if you are going to offer backup software. Or - have the ability to map a drive where I can then point Time Machine to the cloud instead.

I love the cloud. It helps everyone store their information out of reach of a hard drive crash. The question I always ask myself when I think of using it though, is: Is any of the information I store in the cloud something I want someone else to look at, ever? Do I honestly believe storing my data in the cloud means it's secure from anyone else's eyes? I always answer no, to both questions, so I keep backup drives and use my own cloud.

But that's off topic and just an opinion so here's my answer.

Software/Online companies maintain the most stable versions of their particular software for the masses. They don't upgrade for a long time because it needs to be stable for everyone before they do. Otherwise it's a customer service and support nightmare if it's not thoroughly tested. And if you've been a Mac user for any length of time, you know that most companies are always a LOT farther behind on Mac updates than on Windows. That's slowly changing as more people don't want to use infernal windoze machines and are turning to Macs for safety and ease of use. So I'd say be patient.

And one other opinion: If you think Mavericks is stable and it runs good for you, then you're one of the lucky ones. All you need to do is take a look at Macintouch on any given day to find that it's a horrible OS and has MANY many issues, which I'm sure makes things that much harder for companies like Cox to upgrade compatibility to. I put all my people on 10.8.5 because of the horrible track record Mavericks has, it's the worst OS Apple ever released since what, 10.1 or Mac OS 8.5 (dating myself here). I have no sympathy for anyone running Apple's horrible 10.9 and forcing the public to be alpha and beta testers for them.
