Online Bill Pay working?

Before I make a call (which is always time consuming and sometimes frustrating), is there a problem with online bill paying? Every time I try to proceed to step 2, the page hangs. I've tried this on multiple systems; same result? Anybody else?

Hi Wernstrom,

Are you using a browser or the Cox Mobile Connect App? Does the page time out after you've selected the amount and click [Continue]? Are you getting a message after the page freezes? If using a browser, have you cleared cookies, history, cache and reset the browser? Is this freeze repeated on other browsers?

Same thing has been happening to me...exactly. It's been that way for months now. I always end up paying by phone and going through an operator which is an additional fee but gives you a confirmation number and name. You have to call during Eastern Standard Timezone's business hours, Monday - Friday if you want to talk to someone with a pulse.

As much money as this company makes you would think they could pay someone to maintain their webpage. I have made a point to tell the person who takes my payment EVERY time, in hopes that it will be repaired. As of today, October 5, 2015 it's been out of service for at least five months. Very frustrating.

I am having the same problem. If yours was resolved, please share. I log in, click, "pay bill" and.....nothing....page is just blank. Please help

What happens when you click the link directly? It is https://www.cox.com/ibill/make-payment.cox

Do you get a error on the bottom left of browser window? Is the page trying to load?

I just signed in and no problems. I used the "Pay Bill" link from under "My Account" after signing in.

We can look into this on the back end. Please email our team at cox.help@cox.com with your full name, complete address, issue and either the Cox PIN or last four digits of the account holder's social.

Nobody should have to hunt down some random link to pay their bill.  It's funny the whole website is down, and if you call to pay over the phone it's $10 extra.  What a racket.  My suggestion is just pay over the phone, tell them you can't pay online because their website is down again. 

And never email payment information like someone posted, use the phone.  Sure you will have to wait a long time like normal, but no alternative.

Tried to pay my bill today using Internet Explorer and got redirected to some other Cox website. When I use Firefox it worked.

The link www.cox.com/ibill doesn't work either. Your so called redesign just blocks Internet Explorer. Too bad that Cox people can't learn to write HTML code that is universal.

I do all my bill paying online and Cox Cable is the only company that doesn't work properly.
