Online account does not recognizes actual service
I have the premier cable package at my home and for some reason, my online account does not acknowledge that. I don't get any billing any information, I can't change services, I can't get access to apps like watchESPN or anything that requires an online log in.
I called months ago and no one seems to understand whats going on. I hate not being able to watch ESPN on my phone despite paying for the services... Is there anyway to fix this?

We're happy to investigate the account and address this issue. We will need some information from you in order to do so. Can you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com providing us with the following to allow us to access your account: The Full Name on the account The Full Service address The last four of your SSN or the Cox Four digit PIN, (the PIN is listed on page 1 of your bill under the account number) This is used for verification purposes.
Once we have this information, we can research this issue and assist you with getting this resolved.
