On Demand freezing during feature

The box isn't responding to any diagnostic requests from this end which is likely part of the problem.  I'd check all the connections to make sure they're hand tight, remove any extra cable splitters, then try disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting to see if a reset helps any.  Failing that it may be time to schedule a technician to come troubleshoot further.
