Not getting channels with mini box
I received the mini boxes, installed, now I am not getting some of the channels I was getting. How do I get them?

Helps to know which channels?
The mini-boxes will not get OnDemand, Advanced TV Pak channels, or any of the Premium movie networks (HBO, Starz, Cinemax and Showtime) but it should get all other channels outside those.

Not if any of those channels are delivered using Switched Digital Video (SDV), the Mini does not support 2 way communication so they do not support SDV. Here in AZ, Cox just moved most all the Essential SD channels to SDV, and many Essential HD channels are also currently SDV. If the Mini is expected to receive most all Essential TV Pak channels in AZ, Cox will need to move them off SDV when the Mini is launched.

What are the channel numbers of the channels you are missing? Also, when you turn to one of those channels, do you get an error message or a just a black screen? We'll get to the bottom of this for you!
