Not a billing question.
On my old Cox bill, there was a section called News From Cox. It would talk about changes to the channel lineup; promotions for 2-3 free days of a premium channel, etc. Cox switched me to an online bill. All of the billing details are there but i can't find the News From Cox about promotions, etc. Where can i find that information. It was fun to know that i could have 3 days of HBO.

should still be there should be pdf version just like mail version

It only exists on the PDF version, which is exactly the same as the mailed copy.
