I recently installed the COX supplied mini boxes. Everything works as advertised but I have one issue. Every day that I go to access HULU or Netflix I get a message that I have no network connection. This is incorrect, as the cables and all are in place as originally installed. I must unplug my router and plug back in each day in order to get the box to recognize that I do in fact have a network connection. This is obviously irritating and I am looking for a way to resolve this. Please advise and thanks.

Do you have a separate router & modem or a gateway? What model(s)? Did you disturb the cable connection to the modem when you installed the minibox? Did you have to add a splitter? How are you accessing Netflix, wired or WiFi? Are other devices on you network still able to access the net when you are having this issue? Let's try to narrow down the problem.

Looks like a lot of Black Friday posts.
What is providing your network connection? Can you get online wired?
