My Internet service has been an issue for almost 2 months. I experience random periods of packet loss.
Multiple (7) tech visits have not fixed it. Cable has been replaced from the street to the modem. 2 different modems did the same thing.
Levels good. Modem does log T3 ranging timeouts.
No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=xxxxxxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxxxxxxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
I am at the end of my cox rope. Anybody have any clues for fixing this?

Frequent T3 errors would indicate a problem with either the modem or signal to it. Can you try posting the full logs and signal status?

Those levels do look good and I see some of your other diagnostic data you've submitted via other sources. Could you try getting some trace routes without the router and posting your results?

Funny - Shortly after the first post the problem cleared up. It's been over 24 hours since the last failed ping test. That's the best it's been since I started the ping test.
Hopefully it's fixed whatever it was.
