NCAA Games

Has anyone been able to watch any NCAA games from the cox links after logging in to cox.net?  Not a single one works for me, they all say "You are not authorized to view this content." after pressing the login button on TBS, TNT and TruTV.

Worked for me on Thursday.  Do you get these channels on your TV?

Hi NCAA,

 Following the instructions from cox.net, I was successfully able to log in and watch NCAA games on TNT and TruTV. I did find, however, that TBS would not allow me to watch live games until I first set up a username and password on the TBS home page. After I set up a TBS username, and while still logged in to the TBS site, I was able to go back to cox.net, click on the NCAA link, follow the rest of the directions, and successfully load the live game.

I apologize for the frustration in trying to watch games live, online! I have reported the above issue to our website folks so we can get this corrected. If you continue to have a problem viewing games on TBS, TNT, or TruTV, please email us at coxhelp@cox.com. We want you to enjoy all the games!
