fredericksburg nbc HD and cozi gone on my TV that does not use a cable box. they still appear on the tv with a cable box. cox issue or WRC?

Sounds like they are moving you over to all encrypted. You will need a box for every TV now. Sorry for the bad news. Good news is the mini boxes are cheaper and smaller.
