hey im ignacio i just gor service with cox they came to installed it but im only getting like 20 channels i got a promo code advance tv service can u see my account

Thanks for subscribing.  I'd suggest first trying to reset the box by disconnecting power for two minutes and reconnecting to see if that helps.  Do you have the same problems on all TVs in your home?
