my internet is not connecting properly ?

Why is my internet off & on -- speed check didn't even work for me ??? can you please check to see what's going on.  Thanks!

The signal to the modem appears to be showing fine, with the speed test site are you getting a error on the page itself loading or a error from the test? Also do sites like www.speedtest.net have problems as well?
