Multiple FAVORITE listings using Contour

I cannot find a description of how to create multiple FAVORITE listings in my 3 TV home account. (and invoke each separately)! I want a FAVORITE listing of my own! My wife wants a FAVORITE listing of her own? Ditto for other people. I did a CHAT with no usable results! HELP! (new user, just installed Cox Contour, 7/17/17

Dinman,

If you have Contour 1, then you can check out the link below. Contour 2 does not have separate users on it. You would not be able to setup favorites for different users on it. We hope this helps.
