I am experiencing sporadic modem connectivity issues. The modem will drop several times per day. The lights will go out, as if i reset it, then come back on, only to go back out again. Usually the second restart will catch. Not sure how else to put it. At first we thought it had to do with bandwidth, because it would only go down when we were downloading something big.

Interesting. Could be a issue with the modem and load balancing between the different channels. Or it could be a firmware bug, but thats pretty unlikely.
What kind of modem do you have? Should be a model number printed somewhere on it.
Also, what are you signal levels? You can find them on the 192.168.100.1 page. I can give specifics once I know what kind of modem you have.
