Modem cycling and not connecting
All of the sudden last night our internet went out. I have a Cisco DCP3010 and have reset it numerous times. It's locked in a loop where all lights but the power light blink 6 times green then 1 time amber then green and then the cycle starts again. I called support and they are sending a tech because they couldn't help. Router has been in use about a year. Is there an easier fix?

I tried looking from this end however the modem appears offline. Are there any splitters you can try bypassing to see if that helps?
