Mobile WebMail
1-15-2016 my android phone stopped displaying webmail content. I receive mail but cannot view message content, only "from" and "subject" 99% of the time. Even when "load" is available nothing shows up once selected. Been using webmail on this phone for 2 years without a problem. Why is this happening?

Sounds like your are using a browser (IE Chrome) that no longer supports Java and your using the HTML editor by default. The editor uses a Java applet to display the HTML content. To disable it, in webmail > Settings > Preferences > Uncheck "By default, compose messages using graphical editor".
If you don't have that checked, or you need HTML, try using the advanced webmail. Before signing into webmail.cox.net, check the box for "Enhanced Webmail". That uses Flash instead of Java.
