mini box
i cant see the name of the shows on tv when i use mt remote or go to the guide section how do i make it work? they all say program unavailuble

How long has this been happening, and is it happening to all Mini Boxes in the home? If this happens to the guide on 1 Mini Box in the home, I'd recommend unplugging the power for 20 seconds and allow the reset to complete. Give the guide menu about 15-30 minutes time.
