mini box

Hello, 1) Can the new mini boxes receive premium channels (HBO, Stars...)? 2) I subscribe to a few premium channel's and use a DVR unit rented from Cox to receive these premium channels, on my other TVs in the past I had to rent a Digital box (large dvr style). Now that we are being required to run these mini boxes and they are addressable can I now get the premium channel's on the TVs equipped with the mini box? There was no up-charge for the service just the box rental in the past. Please indicate what the policy is at this time? 3) The OTC personnel could not answer what value the mini-box would have if lost or stolen. Can the mini-box be purchased as opposed to a rental from Cox. The cost of the box should be minimal based on The buying power of Cox and with a value of anywhere from $40.00 to $90.00 dollars, ROI for the consumer would be under 3 years, less if the rental charges increase as they have in other markets. Cross referencing the box to ones used in other markets in the us indicates actual costs just above the lower number mentioned above, these devices are not cutting edge anymore so unit cost should be very stable.
