Hi Messages,
To access voice mail from any mobile phone or outside line:
1. Call your home phone number.
2. When the greeting begins, interrupt by pressing star *5
3. When prompted, enter your PIN and press #.
As Health Edge stated, your default PIN # is CoxCom (269266) unless you've changed it.
