My wife uses her me.com domain for her email and has been for some time. As of the week of 5/4/2015 my wife's me.com domain is now being blocked. I had to change my spam blocking to get her email to show up.
Is there a way to get this fixed?? I shouldn't have to see all junk email, just to see emails from the me.com domain which is a valid email domain.

I had to adjust the spam settings at Cox Webmail (since Cox is the one flagging and removing the email).
However as of last night, her emails are no longer coming through as SPAM. So it appears Cox rollback some of their changes.
Thanks

Ok, well today my wifes email is going back into the SPAM folder. Can you please open a request with whomever manages email to find out why the me.com email is considered SPAM?
OR is there a way I can list trusted domains for my own email?
