McAfee security and PC Health check

When I try to use the internet tool PC health check that requires a download the McAfee security pops up and warns against the download and wants to block it. So my question is do I use it or is it bad?

The tool requires that executable code be downloaded and run on the PC.  If you are doing this from a source you do not trust it can be risky however doing this from our site would be downloading such code from a trusted source.
