Mail not down loading in from Cox website using MSN
Hi, signing on to the Cox.com and trying to down load mail all I get are the three gray dots and the tab at the top
has an XCox. I can down load using Ipad. I didn't have this problem until today. Is it MSN, Cox or some software
in my computer? Is anybody else having this problem? TX

Hi Tomzee,
We are in the process of upgrading to a new web mail experience. The dots should pulse for a few moments then your inbox should load. If this is not happening please clear the cookies and cache then restart your browser then try to log in again . Please let us know the results
