Lagging internet?

I have experience some lags when watching videos and playing the game. I thought it was my system so I clean it and reset it to factory status, and yet i got lags. Could it be that that internet you providing is lagging. i have 80megabits per sec.So,i don't know how i am lagging at all.

The connection looks good as far as I can tell from this end. Can you try testing a wired connection and see if that works any better?
