Keep getting disconnected.
I am the only person who uses my internet line but i've been having a lot of problems staying connected recently i'll randomly get booted off my internet saying theres no connection randomly. I usually reset the router but it sometimes only lasts for a little bit or less.
it says can't connect to network but if i disconnect and reconnect my router/modem it fixes the problem completely. Why is or could this be happening?

Are you only using wifi?
What happens when you connect ethernet direct to the modem or gateway? Does the issue persist?
What modem and router or gateway are you using?

Same thing has been happening to us A LOT recently (at least once a day).

I looked at your connection from this end and everything between us and the modem looks good however it's now started logging lots of wifi interference. Can you try testing a wired connection and see if that works better?
